This happened during the Khmer Water Festival celebrations in the Cambodian capital. 357 died and there were 755 injured. I never seen anything like this in my life. I think you would agree. People were praying and begging to be pulled out. Masses of bodies were all on top of each other making it impossible to pull people out.
